Flight canceled by Delta Air Lines = Guaranteed refund
If your flight is canceled by Delta Airlines, you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of when you booked the ticket. You may also be eligible for additional compensation depending on the circumstances.
Delta Air Lines is offering an unused ticket refund to customers impacted by long flight delays (2 hours) or cancellations. However, the refund can be made in the form of money or a voucher or an electronic voucher (eCredit).
