Date changes and cancellations are possible but subject to rules
Customers deciding to cancel their MTV package can get a 50% refund of the cost of their reservation.
On the other hand, they can change their travel dates by paying a fee of USD 50 on routes between Barbados and Tobago, or pay a 100% penalty on routes between New York and Tobago.
These fees are applied per person and per date change attempt.
Using Caribbean Miles to book an MTV package

According to the cancellation policy at “My Tobago Vacances”:
– If you cancel your package between seven and three days before the start of your stay, you must pay a penalty, the amount of which corresponds to one night.
– Otherwise, if you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel, you must pay the costs corresponding to four nights.
– For packages canceled between twenty days and two weeks before your arrival at the hotel, the fees applied correspond to three nights.
– For packages canceled within two weeks of your travel date, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your reservation.
– If you cancel your stay before it begins, when the reservation has been confirmed but payment has not yet been made, you are in this case supposed to pay the costs of all the nights reserved.
