    I reported in my Aeromexico survey.
    I reported today at the desc of Aeromexico and they told me the employee of Aeromexico reported my damaged luggage to his Aeromexico office. Today I was told by front desk to contact cxsv.my.site.com.
    Not working.

    Automated service gave me the website: amluggageaeromexico.com. It doesn’t work.

    Then I was left without help and broken luggage. Luggage can’t be used.
